Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the construction site, including sub-contractors, health and safety of personnel, quality, and workmanship of labour
• Lead and manage projects from the planning phase through to completion, ensuring timely delivery
• Liaising with a range of professionals
• Ensure all work is completed to the specified standards and quality, adhering to client requirements.
• Responsible for all document control as an integral part of the project control
• Management responsibilities for all Health and Safety policies and procedure.
• Must be willing to travel

The Ideal Person:

• Good personnel management skills
• Experience in a similar fit-out role
• A full driving licence and relevant site cards
• Willingness to travel
• Strong health and safety experience
• Experience with RAMS
• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) or equivalent
