VANRATH are recruiting a Site Manager to oversee an exciting new build projects in Antrim, Northern Ireland

Client

Our client is an up-and-coming Construction and Property Development company delivering high quality construction projects across Northern Ireland.

They have a great opportunity for a Site Manager to join them on a permanent basis, working on new build projects in Belfast, Northern Ireland.

This is a great opportunity to join an up-and-coming Contractor and be part of a growing company.

Responsibilities:

• Safeguarding project completion on time, within budget and in accordance with contract specifications
• Supervise, manage and motivate all of the site team including effective management of sub-contractor activities on-site
• Ensure compliance with Group Safety Policy and Health and Safety Regulations
• Liaising with management, contractors and sub-contractors
• Delivering on projects with quality
• Produce consistent and professional records, reports and general information example plant, machinery and time records.

The Ideal Person:

• Experience in a similar house building background
• Trade background
• Knowledge of Safety, Health & Quality Policies
• At least 5 years experience managing residential projects
• Valid CSR card
• Ability to work on own initiative
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to take levels and set out desirable
