VANRATH is collaborating with one of Northern Ireland's leading Commercial Vehicle Dealerships to fill a Service Advisor role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with prior experience to join a well-established company that offers ample career progression.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing courteous greetings and understanding their needs.
  • Generate, update, and modify service schedules, ensuring timely reminders are sent.
  • Maintain and manage customer and vehicle databases.
  • Coordinate and book PSV appointments.
  • Issue and track workshop job cards, monitoring the vehicle progress.
  • Assist with invoicing and closure of workshop job cards.
  • Handle outbound sales calls, customer care calls, and maintain important customer relationships.
  • Prepare and sell maintenance contracts, including providing quotes.
  • Collaborate with the Workshop Foreman on job planning to ensure optimal efficiency and profitability.
  • Contact customers to update them on any additional work needed and secure approval for extra tasks.
  • Provide clear explanations to customers upon job completion and arrange vehicle collection or delivery.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proven background in a similar customer service role.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent customer satisfaction skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Full, valid UK driving license.
