Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Specialist - Project Manager to support a key client in Belfast during a critical phase of their digital transformation journey. This role combines deep Oracle ERP expertise with strong project management capabilities, ensuring both strategic leadership and hands-on delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle ERP digital transformation projects.
  • Engage with stakeholders across business and technical teams to define requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Develop and oversee project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource coordination.
  • Provide hands-on support with Oracle system configuration, process improvement, and issue resolution.
  • Drive effective change management and user adoption throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Key Skills & Experience:

  • Proven track record delivering Oracle ERP-focused digital transformation projects.
  • Strong project management experience, including stakeholder engagement and cross-functional team leadership.
  • Hands-on ability with Oracle ERP systems-implementation, optimisation, and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
