About The Role:
The firm are seeking an Part / Fully qualified Accountant who will take ownership of a portfolio of clients, managing comprehensive audit and accounts projects. This role involves supervising junior staff, reviewing their work, and reporting directly to the partners. The ideal candidate will be qualified (or qualified by experience) with 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and lead audit and accounts projects from start to finish.
- Own and nurture relationships with a diverse portfolio of clients.
- Review and supervise the work of junior staff, providing mentorship and guidance.
- Report directly to the partners, ensuring high standards are maintained across all client engagements.
- Stay updated with industry regulations and standards, ensuring compliance in all aspects of work.

Requirements:
- Part/ Fully Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) or qualified by experience.
- Minimum of 3-5 years post-qualification experience, with a strong background in audit and accounts.
- Proven experience in managing client relationships and leading projects.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
