Job Title: Senior IT Consultant

Location: Dungannon (Full time in office)

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000

Job Summary:
Lead and manage the organisation's IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with business goals. Oversee complex projects, provide strategic IT guidance, and ensure system performance and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Planning: Develop IT strategies aligned with business objectives; advise on tech investments.
• Infrastructure Management: Maintain and optimise IT systems, ensuring availability and disaster recovery.
• Project Management: Lead IT projects, managing scope, timelines, and risks.
• Security & Compliance: Implement security measures; ensure compliance with regulations.
• Team Leadership: Mentor IT team, provide technical guidance, and manage performance.
• Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Manage vendor contracts and collaborate with stakeholders to meet IT needs.
• Support & Troubleshooting: Oversee IT support and ensure timely issue resolution.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience: 7+ years in IT, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Skills: Strong in network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and team management.
