VANRATH are delighted to be partnered with an established cyber security provider on their search for a Senior End User Engineer. This role is based in Belfast on a hybrid basis (2 days in office and 3 from home). Working hours ares are standard 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday but flexibility is available if required.

Key Responsibilities

Configuration and automation of end user deployments
Application packaging
Diagnosing and resolving end user issues
Providing technical support to clients
Mentoring junior team members when required

Essential Criteria

Experience working with end user technologies such as Modern Workplace, M365, Azure, InTune.
Working experience with patching solutions
Working experience of data protection solutions
3rd line technical support experience
Microsoft certifications are beneficial
