Senior Client Manager - (Belfast) - 32k
Job Description
VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a major Property Company with the Recruitment of a Senior Client Relationship Manager to join their growing and dynamic team at their Belfast Office.
Salary - £32,000 + Fantastic Benefits Package
Hours - Mon-Fri-09:00-17:00
Responsibilities:
- To proactively develop a property portfolio; taking full responsibility for the day-to-day management of both clients and their properties.
- Provide a customer focused service that is clear, concise and accurate. The ultimate aim is to not just meet, but exceed the customer and staff expectations.
- Retain existing customer base and recruitment new developments; maximizing the revenue generated through fees, commissions and technical management charges
- Proactively liaise with colleagues to ensure sufficient cash flow for each development and that all tasks are completed in a timely fashion and are well communicated with all stakeholders.
Essential:
- Previous experience of working as a CRM
- At least 3 years in this industry
- A Proven track record of success
