Senior Client Manager - (Belfast) - 32k

Job Description

VANRATH are delighted to be assisting a major Property Company with the Recruitment of a Senior Client Relationship Manager to join their growing and dynamic team at their Belfast Office.

Salary - £32,000 + Fantastic Benefits Package

Hours - Mon-Fri-09:00-17:00

Responsibilities:

  • To proactively develop a property portfolio; taking full responsibility for the day-to-day management of both clients and their properties.
  • Provide a customer focused service that is clear, concise and accurate. The ultimate aim is to not just meet, but exceed the customer and staff expectations.
  • Retain existing customer base and recruitment new developments; maximizing the revenue generated through fees, commissions and technical management charges
  • Proactively liaise with colleagues to ensure sufficient cash flow for each development and that all tasks are completed in a timely fashion and are well communicated with all stakeholders.

Essential:

  • Previous experience of working as a CRM
  • At least 3 years in this industry
  • A Proven track record of success
