Interim Secretarial Support

Location: Belfast City Centre
Contract Duration: 6-12 months
Salary: £13.57 per hour

A local public sector organisation is seeking an Interim Secretarial Support professional to join their team for a period of 6-12 months. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth administrative operations and is primarily focused on minute-taking and agenda management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Minute Taking: Accurately record minutes during meetings, ensuring all key points and decisions are documented.
  • Meeting Arrangement: Organise and schedule meetings, including booking venues, sending out invitations, and preparing necessary materials.
  • Project Support: Assist with various projects by providing administrative support, coordinating tasks, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Excel Management: Maintain and manage Excel spreadsheets, ensuring data is accurately entered and updated.
  • Coordination of Events: Plan and coordinate events, including logistics, communication with attendees, and ensuring all aspects run smoothly.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English (or equivalent).
  • Ability to start immediately.
