VANRATH are pleased to be working with an industry leading IT Managed Services Provider who looking to recruit a Sales Manager to join and lead our focused Sales Team and play an integral part of our continued growth strategy.

The Ideal Person

  • Previous experience of managing within a sales position
  • Strong IT background and understanding
  • Experience planning and executing sales strategies

The Role

  • Manage and mentor the sales team, consisting of 2 account managers and 2 business development managers.
  • Train and develop staff.
  • Work with the team to prepare proposals and presentations.
  • Own customer escalations.
  • Key account management, and existing and new business pipeline.
  • Sales reporting and forecasting.
