VANRATH are delighted to be recruiting for a Sales Consultant on behalf of a well-established NI retailer, based in Omagh. This role will be a maternity cover, for a period of 9 months with an immediate start date available.

• Salary: OTE £30,000 pro-rata + uncapped earning potential

The Company
VANRATH are working with a leading retailer, who are committed to supplying their customer base with the highest quality service through their wide range of products. This role will directly contribute to the sales team through regular customer facing interaction.

The Person

• Strong sales record, showing initiative and a drive to meet targets.

• Enthusiastic and engaging, creating a positive shopping experience for customers.
• Good at connecting with customers and understanding their needs.
• Makes the sales process enjoyable for both customers and team members.
• Previous furniture retail experience is a bonus, but a willingness to learn is most important.

• Genuine passion for the product and ability to engage customers.
• Creating an enjoyable shopping experience through a positive demeanor.
• Actively listening to customer needs and providing tailored recommendations.
