Sales and Lettings Team Leader - Newry

Job Description

VANRATH is excited to be assisting our client, a rapidly growing estate agents who operate across Northern Ireland with the recruitment of a Sales and Lettings Team Leader to join their busy residential department based in Newry.

Salary: £27,500 per annum

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone calls and email enquiries.
  • Follow up on property leads and enquiries.
  • Communicating with vendors, landlords, tenants and buyers.
  • Schedule and attend marketing sessions, valuations, viewings and inspections.
  • Updating our internal systems with all information, communications and updates.

Essential Criteria:

  • 2+ years of relevant managerial or supervisory experience.
  • Excellent communication skills enabling the development of good relationships with both clients and colleagues.
  • Full driving license and own car.
  • Highly organised and structured in your approach to work and managing an active workload.
  • Passionate about and generally interested in the real estate sector.
  • Strong attention to detail and a willingness to grow their experience among the team.
  • Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of MS Office.
