Recruitment Consultant - Contract/Public Sector Desk

Job Description

Due to recent contract awards we are searching for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

The Role

Reporting to our Director of Public Sector and Temporary Recruitment, you will work in a supportive and collaborative setting, working alongside some of the most successful recruitment professionals in the country, and will benefit from a tried and tested process of bringing talented recruiters along to reaching their true potential. In this role you will:

  • Building relationships with our key clients to gain a sound understanding of their business, recruitment requirements and culture
  • Sourcing and screening candidates to fill our clients recruitment requirements
  • Developing current relationships and building new links with emerging business

The Ideal Candidate

  • Proven recruitment experience in a 360-desk with a the drive to build long term, beneficial relationships
  • Confidence to establish yourself as the market leader in your sector
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, high work ethic and drive
  • Motivation to work autonomously in a high paced, accurate fashion
