About the Company:
VANRATH are partnering with a financial services firm based in Belfast. They are seeking an experienced and proactive Recruiter to take on the sole responsibility of managing recruitment efforts across the company. As their dedicated Recruiter, you will play a vital role in sourcing, attracting and securing top talent to support our company's growth and culture.
You will partner closely with hiring managers, work to understand our business needs, and develop recruitment strategies that align with our values and family-oriented ethos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand department-specific hiring needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience, aligned with company values, that supports their reputation as a family-friendly employer.
- Evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from creating job postings and sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the offer process.
- Promote culture and values through various channels to attract candidates who will thrive in our environment.
- Track and report recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and inform decision-making.
- Use creative sourcing techniques, including networking, online platforms, and recruitment events, to identify and engage top talent.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a recruitment role, preferably within financial services or a similar industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and talent sourcing methods.
- Ability to engage with diverse stakeholders, from entry-level candidates to senior leadership.
- Demonstrated commitment to creating a positive candidate experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
