  • Client Service & Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service and proactive identification of opportunities and potential risks.
  • Report Writing: Produce clear, detailed, and high-quality reports that effectively communicate R&D claims and their technical justifications to clients and HMRC.
  • Business Development: Actively seek new opportunities by developing existing client relationships and generating new business leads, contributing to the firm's growth.

  • Networking: Leverage internal and external networks to build relationships that contribute to the team's and firm's success.

What You'll Need:

  • Education/Background: A degree in engineering, software, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience: Previous experience in R&D Tax Credits is a bonus but not required; however, a background in tax or experience in a technical/engineering environment is essential.
  • Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality technical reports and present complex information clearly.
  • Attributes: Proactive, client-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Other Requirements: A valid UK driving license is required.

What's In It For You:

  • Hybrid Working: Enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid working model, with both office-based and remote working options.
  • Competitive Salary & Benefits: Market-leading salary, car benefit, annual bonus, healthcare, and discounted online shopping.
  • Career Growth: Excellent opportunities for career progression in a rapidly growing firm.
  • Generous Holiday Allowance: With the option to purchase additional days.
  • Supportive Team Environment: Work within a collaborative and inclusive team focused on professional development and career advancement.
