Remuneration:

Client:
Our client is an award-winning Main Contractor that specialise in high end hotel and residential fitout projects. They work collaboratively with their clients to ensure efficient project delivery and minimum disruptions to operations.
They have a flexible and innovative can-do approach which allows them to continually exceed client expectations and this has led to an enviable portfolio of repeat business.
Due to continued growth the business has a great opportunity for a Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis, based in Toomebridge and working on projects across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for the management of a good client relationship throughout the project
- Have overall responsibility for the project
- Ensure all Health and Safety policies and procedures are adhered to on site at all times
- Review the project progress in accordance with the programme and provide progress reports to management
- Ensure awareness of cost control and commercials throughout the project
- Liaise with design team in respect to construction matters
- Liaise with procurement team in respect to material procurement
- Resolve issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner
- Ensure the highest quality is maintained throughout the project
- Coach and direct project staff in relation to contractual and regulatory requirements
- Management and development of the site teams, subcontractors and suppliers
- Resolve day to day issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure programme is maintained
- Communicate with the commercial and operational team to advise of progress and changes
The Ideal Person:
- Degree qualified or other relevant qualifications
- Recent relevant experience in a fast-paced busy environment demonstrating your ability to meet the demands of this role
- Previous experience of working in a Construction / Fit Out company and managing construction site teams
- Excellent IT skills especially Microsoft Office
- Proven ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written) to build relationships with colleagues, customers and other stakeholders
- Have extensive knowledge of construction practices that can be used on site to analyse the design and propose cost saving measures
- Strong working knowledge of Health and Safety legislation for the Construction industry
- Strong management skills and commercial awareness
- Experience in leading, managing and motivating teams to achieve targets
- Ability to work effectively both alone and in a team environment
- A proactive and flexible working approach with the ability to adapt to changing situations and duties
- Continually seeking ways to improve, adapt and innovate while meeting compliance and commercial requirements
- Hold a CSR card and hold relevant certificates
