Project Administrator

Salary: £25,157 per annum
Contract: Interim, 4-5 months
Location: Belfast City Centre

About the Role

A fantastic interim opportunity has arisen for an organised and proactive Project Administrator to join a dynamic team within a large public sector transformation programme. As Project Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of complex and high-impact projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including diary management, minute-taking, and document preparation.
  • Assist with project controls and maintain project documentation.
  • Draft correspondence and reports, ensuring high standards of presentation and accuracy.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong working relationships.
  • Utilise various software packages, including Word, Excel, and project management tools.


Essential Criteria:

  • A minimum of 3 years of administrative experience, including document management and support functions, or equivalent qualifications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines.
