About you Hold a third level qualification in a relevant discipline
- Have 2 years' experience in a HR, L&D or Marketing role
- Have experience of working within a budget
- Experience of managing multiple projects in a busy environment
- Be an enthusiastic self-starter able to work with internal stakeholders to complete a project
- Be able to work on your own initiative in a fast paced environment
What you'll do
- Work closely with hiring managers and HR team to ensure a smooth transition for new employees
- Support the performance management process and work with managers to develop other engagement initiatives
- Provide an exceptional employee wellbeing experience as part of the organisation's wider plan
- Project manage a range of cultural activities from development and planning, to promotion, delivery and evaluation
- Be responsible for engagement metrics and data and regularly review and update information with high levels of accuracy
