Are you an experienced Payroll Assistant seeking an opportunity with a growing company in Belfast? This newly established role will oversee the monthly payroll for the organisation.

This is a Full Time Permanent position. Immediate start available.

What You'll Get:

What You'll Do:

  • Payroll administration
  • Oversee end-to-end monthly payroll for around 400 employees
  • Manage the onboarding of new employees and the offboarding of departing staff
  • Collect data from Time and Attendance systems and Brightpay for external payroll processing
  • Calculate overtime, sick leave, and maternity/paternity pay
  • Manage pension contributions
  • Perform general ad hoc duties

About You:

  • Strong Excel skills
  • Previous experience with Sage 50 and Brightpay
  • Confident and professional individual
  • Excellent organisational skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and highly methodical
