About you:
* Prior experience in payroll processing
* In-depth understanding of UK payroll legislation and statutory payments
* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient in payroll software and MS Excel
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to perform well under pressure and meet deadlines
* Experience handling monthly, weekly, and complex payrolls

What you'll do:

  • Manage and process end-to-end payroll for the company
  • Ensure employees are paid accurately and on time
  • Process statutory deductions and oversee benefits management
  • Address payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies
  • Prepare payroll reports and provide data for audits
  • Maintain employee records while ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations
  • Assist with year-end reporting and tax filings
  • Oversee global payroll processing to ensure accuracy and timeliness
  • Maintain strong attention to detail in all payroll tasks
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills to streamline payroll processes
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of payroll systems and procedures
  • Collaborate effectively with HR, finance, and other departments to ensure correct and timely employee payments
