Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Contract: Short-term Interim, Office-Based

About the Role:

VANRATH is recruiting on behalf of a public sector client for an Office Administrator to join their team in Belfast on a short-term interim contract. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an organised individual who excels in data management and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately input and manage data using spreadsheets and internal systems.
  • Maintain and update records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Liaise with clients confidently via phone and email, providing excellent customer service.
  • Support general office administration, including filing, document preparation, and correspondence.
  • Assist with any additional administrative tasks as required to support the wider team.
