Key Responsibilities:

  • Programme Creation: Develop advanced robotic programmes for new assembly processes using CAD DTPS software.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve robotic system faults to ensure smooth operations.
  • Product Testing: Collaborate on testing new products to optimise performance and quality.
  • Documentation: Author comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and troubleshooting manuals.
  • Factory Support: Work closely with the factory team, assisting in builds and improving product knowledge.
  • Programme Optimisation: Enhance existing robotic programmes to reduce cycle times and increase efficiency.
  • Reporting: Provide detailed reports on programme performance, highlighting areas for continuous improvement.
  • Process Improvement:
    Lead Lean manufacturing and 5S initiatives to streamline operations.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Engineering qualification or related discipline (degree or equivalent).
  • 1+ year of experience in robotic programming.
  • Expertise in robotic welding systems is a strong advantage.
  • A passion for innovation and manufacturing, with a keen interest in advancing robotics.
