Job Description

VANRATH are thrilled to be Partnering with a Major Bank with the Recruitment of skilled Mortgage Administrators to join a growing and dynamic team based in Newtownabey. This is a highly reputable employer with multiple awards in their industry.

Salary : £22,000 - £25,000 + Bonus scheme +Private Medical insurance + Fantastic Benefits Package + Career Progression + Incentives & Rewards.

Responsibilities:

  • Mortgage and protection business processing and submissions.
  • Customer update calls.
  • Mortgage lender and protection provider calls to progress applications.
  • Customer service calls, asking for reviews, updating customers.
  • Dealing with general customer queries.
  • Answering inbound customer calls.
  • Meeting daily activity targets.
  • Working within a team to take on administrative duties.
  • Dealing with estate agents, solicitors, valuers and mortgage lenders.

Essential Criteria:

  • 2 years' experience in an administrative role ideally with Mortgage experience.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to understand complex information clearly
  • Work well within a team
  • Natural eye for detail
  • Ability and willingness to learn and adapt to changing guidelines
  • Organised with the ability to work to a plan, checklists and guides
  • Ability to work independently
  • IT skills
  • Strong focus on customer service
  • Target driven
