Membership Administrator - Antrim - Immediate Start
Job Description
VANRATH are delighted to be assisting our major Public Sector client, a large and well-known organisation with the recruitment of a Membership Administrator to join their team based in Antrim.
This is a Full-Time Monday-Friday position with a requirement to work one in three weekends. This is a Temporary contract expected to last for approximately 3 months.
Salary
£27,263 + fantastic benefits in a modern organisation e.g. Flexi time, free parking & excellent modern offices.
Responsibilities
- Handle membership administration, payments, and direct debit queries.
- Assist with retention strategies, follow-up calls, and exit questionnaires.
- Promote memberships through outreach events.
- Manage bookings for facilities such as pitches, halls, and event spaces.
- Use leisure management software (Legend, BRS for Golf, Coursepro).
- Act as the primary point of contact for leisure enquiries.
- Liaise with finance for invoicing and refunds.
Essential Criteria:
- Minimum 5 GCSES (Grades A-C) to include English Language and Maths.
- Minimum of 1 years' administrative or clerical experience.
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a customer focused environment.
- Good planning and organisational skills.
- Ability to work to a high standard with minimum supervision.
- Competent in the use of Windows and Microsoft Office.
Desirable Criteria:
- Experience with Booking or POS systems.
