VANRATH is delighted to have partnered with Belfast City Airport for the hire of a Media Sales Executive to help digital media sales for the business.

The role is based at Belfast City Airport.

The Role

The successful candidate will be covering the digital and print platforms, with responsibility for agency accounts and large key clients throughout Northern Ireland. Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial and working closely with the Sales Manager.

Responsibilities

  • Focus on digital media sales across all formats on site
  • Prospect and develop new business selling the media portfolio
  • Develop tailored creative briefs as well as producing proposals in response to clients brief
  • Develop a best-in-class relationship with the local, ROl and UK agencies to ensure they continue to be a trusted and valued partner
  • Develop and build the business network across the digital media industry in NI & UK to support the sales growth of digital media
  • Manage agency account and grow expenditure
  • Monthly reporting
  • Market analysis
  • Become a company ambassador and attend events when required

The ideal person

  • 2+ years in sales, ideally solution selling
  • Experience of prospecting for new business and closing deals
  • Experienced in delivering presentations
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office

  • Full, clean licence
  • Recent experience of media, digital or online sales
  • 3rd level qualification
  • Experience managing multiple projects at once
  • Experience managing advertising function within sales
  • Experience setting up a sales management function
