They are seeking a highly skilled Chartered Accountant to step into a managerial role. This position offers a blend of technical accounting and leadership responsibilities. You will manage a portfolio of diverse clients, oversee junior staff, and ensure smooth workflow and job completion.

What you will do:

Client Management: Take ownership of a diverse portfolio of clients, providing high-quality accounting and tax services tailored to their needs.
Team Leadership: Supervise and support junior staff, including reviewing their work, offering guidance, and fostering their professional development.
Workflow Oversight: Ensure efficient and effective workflow processes, addressing any issues and streamlining operations as needed.
Technical Expertise: Apply strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations to deliver accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Client Interaction: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing valuable insights and advice.

What you will have:

  • Chartered Accountant (ACA/ACCA) with part or full qualification.
  • Extensive experience in accounts and tax.
  • Proven managerial experience or aptitude for leading and mentoring a team.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and client portfolios efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
