VANRATH are delighted to be working with a highly innovative organisation for the appointment of an immediate Management Accountant. Reporting to the Director of Finance, the Management Accountant will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts including variance analysis. This is initially a fixed term contract until June 2025, however due to the growth plans within the organisation there is potential that this role will offer the opportunity to secure a permanent contract.
To be considered for this role it is essential to be a Fully Qualified Accountant with management accounting experience, ideally with project experience. Interviews are taking place immediately for this opportunity with the chance for an immediate start.
About you
- Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Management Accounting experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Available immediately
What you'll do
- Preparation of monthly management accounts
- Preparation of variance analysis to assist with decision making processes
- Preparation and input of journals for month end process and preparation of monthly back up schedules
- Project costings
- Assisting wider finance team when required
