Your Role:

🔧 Carry out preventative and reactive maintenance on production machinery
⚙ Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults to minimise downtime
🛠 Assist with installations and continuous improvement projects
📋 Ensure all work is carried out to health & safety standards
💡 Work closely with production teams to enhance efficiency and reliability

What We're Looking For:

✅ Manufacturing maintenance experience - electrical or mechanical bias
✅ Strong fault-finding & problem-solving skills
✅ Knowledge of PLC-controlled systems (desirable)
✅ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
✅ Strong understanding of health & safety in a factory setting
