Lettings and Property Manager

VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Lettings and Property Manager for a leading Property focused company.

This is a Full-time position - Flexibility can be offered on hours if required

Permanent position - Monday - Friday - Position of work is Dromore

The Role

The successful candidate will join a dynamic team and play a key role in driving property sales and providing top-tier service. Responsibilities include:

Responsibilities:
- Valuing, marketing and advertising properties
- Completing routine inspections on properties
- Completing inventories and exits on new tenancies
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and agreements on behalf of clients
- Organising maintenance and liaising with contractors
- Managing daily banking and landlord payments.
