VANRATH are assisting a leading firm in Belfast with the recruitment of a Legal Secretary.
There is both Full-time and Part-time roles available - Based in Belfast - Beside Queens University close to Stranmillis.
Successful Candidate will work within Litigation.
Salary

Responsibilities
- * Manage a caseload with the oversight of a Solicitor
* Completing online applications for registration on Land Web
* Managing and arranging appointments
* They are also expected to act as a key interface, ensuring that communications and information from internal and external contacts are forwarded and managed effectively.
* the ability to take informed decisions and to plan, organise and re-prioritise tasks to meet competing demands.
The Ideal Person
- Essential - at least 1 years' experience in a Legal Secretary position
- Litigation experience is preferred but not essential
- Effective time management - prioritise work for solicitor,
- Diary management,
- Good communication skills and telephone manner
