  • Data Management and Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, ensuring data integrity.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, law, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, preferably within a legal services environment.
  • In-depth understanding of legal work flows, with experience in private practice or corporate legal departments.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a track record of effective project management.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and the ability to leverage data for informed decision-making.
