VANRATH are assisting with the recruitment of a Junior Marketing Executive for a leading global law firm.

This role is Hybrid Working (3 Days in Belfast City Centre (State of the Art Office) + 2 days Working From Home)

This is a Monday - Friday position - This role is initially a 12-month contract - High likelihood of permanency based on performance.

Salary

Responsibilities

  • Assist with collating information for credentials statements, proposals, coordinating CV updates and CV transition project; brochures, awards, placemats and contact cards; client presentations; submissions for legal directories (UK and Global); BD reporting; and internal newsletters/updates

  • Assist with research requests for client BD and pitch meetings, conferences and marketing trips, and business planning exercises - e.g. organising and assisting with collating client/market research and financials

  • Assist with client events, including preparing mailing lists, invitations and supporting materials, and assisting with event logistics

  • Assist with client communications, including preparing mailing lists and sending regular updates

  • Manage website content and blog posts including liaising with the Digital team to upload publications and news items, and assisting in organising related social media posts

  • Assist with client facing materials including, where appropriate, liaising with the Creative Services team

  • Assist with the maintenance of various marketing systems including the global experience, proposals and contacts databases and collateral module

  • Support the BD Managers and other BD team members, with BD and marketing initiatives and other inputs as required

The Ideal Person

  • Experience in similar role
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and generate ideas
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A deep knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particular skills with Excel and PowerPoint preferred
  • Eye for design/creativity (e.g. for presentations, proposals and events)
  • Ability to work well under pressure and to drive through major projects to completion
