Job Title: IT Support Engineer
Location: Belfast (on-site)
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide technical support to end-users, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, and ensure smooth IT operations within the organisation. This role offers an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide support to resolve technical issues for end-users.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
Monitor system performance and perform regular updates.
Collaborate with other IT team members to improve processes and solutions.
Document support processes and create knowledge base articles.

Requirements:

Proven experience in IT support or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Familiarity with networking concepts and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills and a customer-oriented attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications) are a plus.
