Job Description
VANRATH are pleased to be partnered with an established law firm on their search for an IT Support Analyst. This position is suited to candidates with 1+ years experience in an IT support position, ideally working in a M365 environment.
This is a full time permanent position based in Belfast, offering fantastic opportunities for career progression and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide hardware and software support (remotely and on-site)
- Reply to ServiceNow requests via email, phone and in-person
- Perform troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve IT related problems
- Help with wider IT projects when required
Essential Criteria
- 1+ year in an IT support or service desk role
- Experience working in a Microsoft environment
- Knowledge of Windows 10
- Strong troubleshooting abilities
- Good educational background - IT related degree or certification
