Location: Belfast Hybrid
Salary: £37k Plus allowance and excellent benefits


About the Role:


We are seeking an ICT Infrastructure Analyst to join our clients dynamic Cloud, Security & Infrastructure Team. This critical role will provide first and second-line support for Invest NI's ICT infrastructure, servicing over 500 users across their HQ operations, regional, and international office networks.
As an ICT Infrastructure Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting servers, networks (LAN, WAN, VPN), and VOIP telephony systems. You will also provide support for cloud services, including M365/Azure, server hardware, software, and security/network devices, with a strong emphasis on service management.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first and second-line support for ICT infrastructure across multiple office locations.
  • Manage and maintain servers, networks (LAN/WAN/VPN), and VOIP telephony systems.
  • Offer support for cloud services, including M365 and Azure platforms.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to server hardware, software, and security/network devices.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high availability of applications hosted on in-house or cloud servers and software-as-a-service platforms.
  • Contribute to the operation and development of our Cloud, network, server, and security services.

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience in providing ICT infrastructure support (servers, networks, cloud services, etc.).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, including M365 and Azure.
  • Understanding of LAN/WAN/VPN and VOIP telephony systems.
  • Strong problem-solving and service management skills.


Desirable Qualifications:
