Application Support Analyst - Financial Systems

  • Salary: Up to £38,000
  • Location: Belfast (hybrid)
  • Permanent position

The Role

  • Provide 1st to 3rd line technical support to the help-desk team and users within the organisation
  • Assist with company infrastructure migration to cloud (azure)
  • Help develop and support key IT applications with the business
  • Assist with projects headed by the finanical team
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation

Essential Criteria:

  • 3+ years experience in a technical support role
  • Knowledge of financial systems such as Integra is beneficial
  • Experience with cloud (azure)
  • Working knowledge of VMWare & Citrix is beneficial
  • Experience in a system migration project is beneficial
