Inventory Coordinator - Food Production Sector
Location: Lisburn | Full-Time | Permanent | Monday to Friday

The Opportunity:
In this role, you'll be responsible for overseeing inventory levels, streamlining stock processes, and ensuring the business is fully equipped to meet demand. You'll work closely with internal departments and suppliers to maintain accuracy and efficiency in all stock-related activities.
Key Duties Include:
Monitor and manage stock quantities to prevent shortages or overstocking
Expedite purchase orders and follow up on deliveries
Conduct routine inventory audits and stock reconciliations
Investigate any inconsistencies in stock records and implement corrective actions
Maintain detailed and up-to-date inventory documentation using Excel or internal systems
Work with warehouse and logistics teams to coordinate deliveries and dispatches
Ensure all inventory handling complies with health and safety standards
Support supplier communications around stock levels and replenishment needs
Report on trends, waste, and stock usage for strategic planning
Oversee storage conditions, quarantine stock management, and rotation of goods
What You'll Bring:
Previous experience in a similar role within inventory, logistics, or warehouse operations
Confidence using spreadsheets and/or stock control software (Excel essential)
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
Background in food manufacturing or FMCG is desirable but not essential
