International Tax Manager -

My client is a mid -six seeking a talented International Tax Manager/Associate Director to join their dynamic and growing team. In this role, you will take the lead in presenting solutions to complex technical issues, leveraging your deep technical knowledge in international tax to develop innovative solutions, and managing a team on demanding assignments. The role offers significant opportunities for career advancement within a supportive and collaborative environment.
What you will do:

• Lead the provision of international tax services across a diverse range of clients and sectors.
• Provide strategic support for clients' cross-border transactions, assessing their international tax strategies, risks, and opportunities.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines, prioritisation, and billing requirements are met.
• Contribute to the development of the tax practice by managing existing client relationships and identifying new business opportunities.

What you will do have:

• ACA/ACCA and/or CTA qualified.
• Significant post-qualification experience in corporate or international tax within a large firm.
• Strong technical expertise with a proven ability to identify and capitalise on client opportunities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with clients and team members.
• Proven experience in mentoring and developing junior staff.
