Role Overview

This is a pivotal role with responsibility for championing quality, compliance, and workplace safety initiatives across the organisation. The successful candidate will take the lead on implementing and refining operational frameworks, regulatory systems, and improvement programmes that support the company's long-term objectives.


Key Responsibilities


Quality & Compliance

  • Champion performance improvement projects to optimise work flow and output consistency.

  • Collaborate with executives to shape and execute the company's quality road map.

  • Lead the development and enhancement of management systems in line with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001.

  • Use data analytics, statistical tools, and Six Sigma principles to identify trends and implement corrective actions.


🛡 Health, Safety & Environmental Standards

  • Oversee health and safety governance, ensuring all practices align with current legislation and internal policies.

  • Manage fire safety preparedness, including drills, evacuation plans, and equipment maintenance.

  • Carry out routine hazard assessments, implement safety protocols, and follow up on corrective measures.

  • Conduct noise monitoring and ensure accurate reporting in line with environmental standards.

  • Serve as the company's main point of contact for regulatory agencies and external auditors.


Process Efficiency & Resource Stewardship

  • Maximise operational efficiency through effective management of personnel, energy, and raw materials.

  • Work alongside department leaders to embed high-quality, safe practices across all teams and business units.


Candidate Essentials

  • A solid track record in a senior quality, compliance, or HSEQ role within manufacturing or engineering.

  • Deep understanding of ISO 9001 systems and their application in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong leadership qualities, with experience driving strategic change and cross-functional collaboration.
