VANRATH are delighted to be recruiting a Business Change Lead for a large HSCNI organisation. This is a major piece of work around implementing a single integrated cloud solution to replace current business systems. As Business Change Lead you will be ensuring successful transition to the new solution across Health & Social Care NI, the postholder will take the lead for managing progress towards adoption, solution optimisation and achieving measurable improvements.

Remuneration:

The salary on this role is in line with the HSCNI BAND 8A pay scale.

The Ideal Person

  • A university degree or relevant professional qualification and have worked for at least 3 years in a business change role
  • PROSCI or similar change management qualification.
  • Track record of delivering change Programmes within a large organisation.
  • Worked with a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external to the organisation, to achieve successful outcomes for a minimum of 3 years in the last 5 years. Interview / Test 12 | P a g e 3. Analyse complex information from multiple stakeholders to inform decision making.
  • Willingness and ability to complete relevant change management training and/or certification
  • Demonstrate success of having strategic people, governance and organisational skills to effect positive change across an organisation.
  • Proven experience of leadership, management, collaborative working and facilitation skills.
  • Proven experience in running focus groups, workshops and training to support organisational change
  • Knowledge of how organisation development supports individuals, teams, organisations and the wider system.

Summary/ Responsibilities:

  • Developing a strategic change plan to support implementation for the relevant area/s of the organisation.
  • Business change activities associated with the programme, developing, delivering and monitoring change plans to ensure implementation of business change interventions and the delivery of the business case benefits.
  • Leading engagement with, and mobilisation of, the HSCNI communities, staff, and service users (where appropriate), to identify and plan for the changes required to successfully deliver equip benefits.
