You will be responsible for:
- Employee Engagement
- Employee Relations Support
- Leaver Process Management
- Maintaining HR Records on the HRIS
- Performance Appraisals
- Providing HR Advice to site managers
- Policy Development
- Recruitment Management
- Training & Development
About you:
- CIPD Level 5 / HR Degree
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a HR role
- Experience of providing professional HR advice and guidance on Employee Relations matters.
- Beneficial to have ROI legislation but not compulsory.
- Demonstrable knowledge of employment law and best practice HR.
