VANRATH are partnering with our valued client that has sites all over Ireland in the search for a HR Officer to join their HR function.
You will work in a generalist capacity across a large, multi-site workforce.
You will be responsible for:
- Conduct the induction and onboarding process.
- Generate monthly HR KPI reports and maintain accurate records using the HR system.
- Organise recruitment campaigns for across all depots in Ireland.
- Organise and coordinate quarterly Communication Forum meetings.
- Provide relevant and professional advice and support to line managers with all people management duties, e.g., managing absence, disciplinary and performance management tasks.
- Support line managers with organising training for their teams and manage associated training records and documentation.
About you:
- CIPD Level 5 / HR Degree
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in a HR role
- Experience of providing professional HR advice and guidance on Employee Relations matters.
- Demonstrable knowledge of employment law and best practice HR.
