Role Overview
Title: HR Officer
Location: Belfast (Hybrid (3/2 split)
Salary: £28k
Contract: 12-month FTC (potential for permanent)

VANRATH are assisting our client recruit for a HR Officer to join their HR function on an initial 12 month FTC with potential to becoming permanent.

You will be responsible for managing employee records and absences, ensuring compliance with HR policies and legislation, overseeing the probation process, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting performance management while handling Access NI checks.

You will be responsible for:

· Administering employee records and systems

· Advising managers on HR policies

· Ensuring compliance with legislation

· Handling Access NI checks

· Leading on probation processes

· Maintaining confidentiality of information

· Managing absence in line policies

· Supporting on performance management initiatives

About You:

· 2+ years experience in a HR Officer or Generalist role

· CIPD Level 5

· Hold a full driving license and access to a vehicle

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
