VANRATH are partnering with one of Northern Ireland's leading food manufacturers, as they seek to appoint an experienced HR Officer to join their growing team in Dungannon, on a full-time permanent basis.
You will work with the wider HR team to provide a full generalist HR service to multiple sites. Covering a wide range of HR issues including Attendance Management, Ethics & Systems, Employee Relations & Engagement, Performance Management & Recruitment & Selection!
About you:
- Degree in HR or CIPD qualified
- 2+ years' experience in a HR role, ideally within manufacturing or related unionised industry
- Advanced ER skill set and ideally unionised HR exp
- Strong recruitment/resourcing exp.
- Driving licence
