The company in question will create over 30 new jobs, generate millions of pounds in revenue for the local economy and put Northern Ireland at the forefront globally, as a leader in their respective field of service.

To help facilitate this growth, they are now seeking a HR Manager to join as employee number three and help build out the organisation, responsible for creating policies, handbooks, job descriptions, recruitment, on boarding, training and reward.

This is a hands on role, with responsibility for scaling a multi-million pound organisation and will require hard work, determination and lots of energy.

Ideally you will have worked in a start up environment, comfortable with building out an HR function from scratch and extremely solutions focused.
