HR Business Partner
Location: Belfast | Hybrid (Up to 3 days in the office)
Contract: Full-time, Fixed-term (Until July 2026)

About the Role:
In this key position, you will play a central role in managing the day-to-day HR activities while driving people-related projects and initiatives. Reporting directly to the Interim HR Director, you will act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across various departments, ensuring HR strategies align with business goals and drive success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert HR advice, coaching, and support to management and employees on all people-related matters.
- Lead and support HR initiatives including performance management, talent development, organisational design, and succession planning.
- Partner with business leaders to design and implement HR programs that align with business strategies.
- Promote a high level of employee engagement and help cultivate a positive organisational culture.
- Proactively manage employee relations and ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies.
- Collaborate with the HR team to drive key people initiatives and maintain a high-performance HR function.
- Manage HR projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Significant experience in a HR Business Partner or equivalent role, ideally in a fast-paced industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant area; CIPD membership is highly desirable.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of local employment legislation, excellent employee relations and industrial relations knowledge, and proven experience leading change and transformation programs.
- Skills: Strong project management abilities, excellent communication skills, and the capacity to influence and collaborate across diverse teams.
- Flexibility: Ability to work on your initiative, manage multiple projects, and adapt quickly in a changing environment.
- Other Requirements: Full driver's license, own transport, and the ability to work across both Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
