A large public sector organisation based in Lisburn are looking for a HR & OD coordinator to join their large HR team. Working mainly within the Employee Relations and Workforce Planning teams, this is a great opportunity to gain more experience in HR whilst working in a supportive and nurturung environment.
About you

  • 5 GCSE passes at grade A - C, NVQ level 2 or equivalent
  • Threeyears' experience in
    • Administration
    • Maintaining a computerised system
  • A working knowledge of computerised Human Resource Information Systems


What you'll do

  • Provide a comprehensive and confidential administrative support service across the business.
  • Be responsible for maintaining the documents and records management system for the business.
  • Be responsible for the administration of HR & OD invoices.
  • Provide support and advice to line managers in relation to the implementation of Human Resources related policies and procedures.
  • Carry out on-the-job training with end users on Information Systems and provide delivery of training on aspects of Induction.
  • Be responsible for administration of the company's HR system.
