About the Role:
We are seeking an HR Advisor for a 3-month agency contract to support our client's HR team based at their offices in Lisburn. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to provide key ER support and advice across the organisation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Providing guidance on workplace issues such as conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies, advising managers on legal and ethical practices.
  • Supporting investigations into employee complaints, misconduct, or harassment claims, and helps document findings.
  • Developing and delivering training to managers and employees on ER topics like respectful workplace behavior or handling conflict.
  • Collaborating with HR and leadership to improve employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture.


Essential Experience & Skills:

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification and 2+ years' HR experience.
  • Experience in employee relations, HR administration, and managing employee queries.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with HR systems and processes.
