An exciting opportunity to join a multi-CIPD award winning team, looking after approximately 650 staff over seven sites in the Healthcare and Hospitality sectors.
About you
- Educated to third level, with a minimum of 2 years' experience in a generalist HR role
OR
- Minimum 5 years recent experience in a generalist HR role
- Proven track record in a fast paced and challenging HR environment
- Hands on experience of employee relations matters and current employment legislation
- Experience of the development and implementation of best practice and HR initiatives with clear business focus
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK
- Possess a current driving licence and the use of a vehicle for business use or have access to a form of transport that will permit you to meet the requirements of the post
What you'll do
- Provide professional advice and guidance to Management relating to HR issues
- To be fully conversant with employment law, and to provide advice and guidance to Management
- Providing generalist HR support to all sites
- Assisting with relocation of International staff
- Management of HR related administration, including site audits
- Production of relevant HR reports on a regular and timely basis
- Assisting with the provision of information to the Equality Commission (e.g. annual monitoring return & Article 55 review)
