VANRATH are exclusively partnering with a rapidly expanding NI business, located in Fermanagh, with the appointment of a Head of HR role.
Reporting directly to the MD, the Head of HR's core role will be to attract and recruit individuals into potentially multiple strategic regions.
They will be responsible for the identification, recruitment, retention and development of Talent and performance management across the Group.
You will develop a Talent Management Strategy for implementation throughout the Group including the management of Training & Development Programmes to meet the future needs of the Business.
In conjunction with the role, you will also be involved in 'ad-hoc' Business Improvement Initiatives across the Company.
The role is offered on a condensed 4-day week, with attractive salary and bonus.
